The results of the data collected by paying attention to the preparation instructions showed that the RPP with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, it was known that the RPP was not in accordance with 21st century learning steps. The aspect studied is the preparation of the learning steps of the 3 models. This study aims to determine the suitability of the English Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) on “descriptive text” material at SMK Negeri 1 Adiwerna based on 3 learning models that are suitable for 21st century learning, namely the learning model of Discovery, Inquiry and Problem Based Learning. While the research instruments used were document notes and interviews in the form of 3 lesson plans made by the English teacher. This research method is using a qualitative descriptive method. Innovative learning in the 21st century is activity-oriented to train essential skills according to the framework for 21st century skills, namely life and career skills, innovation and learning skills, and information, media, and ICT skills. ( 5) the teacher teachs religion, children are trained to carry out god’ s order.The 21st century educational paradigm has experienced a shift marked by differences in learning orientation.

( 4) the teacher makes activities by playing blocks so the children have the ability to solve the problem. ( 3) the teacher develops the basic development of them such as, recognize letters, numbers, read and write therefor they are ready for the next level. Tujuan dilaksanakannya model pembelajaran berdiferensiasi ini adalah untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik atau keunikan peserta didik (kesiapan, minat, dan gaya belajar) sehingga peserta didik berkembang sesuai potensi bakat dan minatnya. The data were collecte d by using observation, interviews and documentation, with tool of data collection in the form of observation guidance, interview guides and documentation. The subject of this research were 5 teachers. The research method was a desctriptive with a form of qualitative research. The aim of this research is to determine the application of the BCCT learning model at TKIT Al-Mumtaz Pontianak.
